COMMUNITY AT PARKVIEW
At Parkview, community is more than just a word—it’s a way of life. We believe that nurturing relationships and creating a sense of community and belonging are essential to our faith journey. Our fellowship activities provide opportunities for members of all ages and newcomers to connect, support one another, and grow together in faith.
WEEKLY FELLOWSHIP HOUREvery Sunday, following our worship service, we gather for fellowship. This is a time to enjoy refreshments, engage in meaningful conversations, and build lasting friendships. Occasionally, we incorporate special celebrations or service projects during this time. Whether you're a long-time member or visiting for the first time, you'll find a warm welcome and a chance to connect with others.

MEMBER ACTIVITIESThere are many opportunities for our members to connect outside of weekly worship. Member-organized activities, such as field trips, breakfast and coffee meet-ups, and book club, offer a more intimate setting for connection, and are open to all.
Throughout the year, Parkview also hosts a variety of special events that bring our members together in celebration of God’s gifts. Our Annual Summer Picnics, Thanksgiving Feast, and Adult Christmas Potluck & Caroling are just a few of our members' favorites. |
YOUTH ENGAGEMENT
Parkview creates many opportunities for young people to build connections across generations, strengthen their faith through mission-based activities, and grow their leadership skills within the church and throughout the broader community.
Sunday school classes are thoughtfully divided by age to ensure every student can fully engage with a curriculum designed to explore the foundations of Progressive Christianity. Our classes delve into the teachings of Jesus, offering well-rounded lessons based on the energy of the body, the nature of the heart, and the wisdom of the mind. Visit our Mission & Outreach page to learn more about how Parkview families volunteer in the community. |
